Suite 8 “Relax”
The spacious two-room apartment has 70 m² of living space with a garden on the east and north side. The apartment is furnished with great attention to detail and has many windows in all directions and is therefore very bright in addition to the beautiful view. It offers you every comfort for a relaxing stay in our residence in Ortisei. The apartment has its own garden with sun loungers and a large dining table with chairs, which invites you to linger after an eventful hike in the South Tyrolean Dolomites. The garden offers you a very nice view of Ortisei, our beautiful nature and the ski lifts right next to our house.
The apartment has:

a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker nespresso, microwave, electric hotplate, crockery and pans, extractor hood, toaster and kettle.
1 double bedroom and 2 separate beds for 2 people in the living room.
the bathroom with shower, bidet, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer and toilet 2 LCD Smart TVs with SAT. and 1 room safe.
All rooms are equipped with a KNX heating system with autonomous regulation, so that the temperature always adapts to the needs of the guests. The roller shutters can also be adjusted in each room individually and according to requirements.
WiFi and Lan with 100 MB is freely available in all rooms A washing machine and a tumble dryer are available in the laundry room (use with coins) On the ground floor, all guests have access to a cozy garden with a seating area and deck chairs, where you can relax at the in-house pond after an exciting day. We offer a bread delivery service every day (except Sunday).
Free entry to the Mar Dolomit swimming pool: http://www.mardolomit.com/de/, 5 minutes walk from our house. Free private parking space in the in-house garage.
Our apartments are handicapped accessible and have an elevator. The inner doors of each apartment have an individual key card and a separate bell.
On request we offer you guided hikes in summer and winter with a trained Dolomites UNESCO hiking guide. From winter 2023-2024 we also offer a ski safari twice a week on request.
